Fall 2025 Yoga and Wellness Events
This fall, we invite you to apply your energy to what you are already doing, to honor your life as spiritual, and to live in alignment.
Begin the season with our Free Fall Intention Setting Workshop — connect with community, set your intentions, and step into a season of soulful events.
About the Season
At OM Old Orchard, we’re bringing people together to connect, support, and grow. From insightful workshops to creative art gatherings, every event is designed to help you practice the good life this season.
Kick off the season with intention.

Meet Shedeka Marriott, guest teacher and leader of our 3 session workshop series “Support for Cancer Storylines”. Shedeka will lead us in a yoga practice as a part of your free fall workshop experience.
Enjoy our Yoga Clubhouse and Urban Retreat and cheers with a kombucha toast!
Support and Breast Cancer Awareness
October brings us into deeper connection. Alongside Shedeka’s series, we honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month with a special Myofascial Release Workshop designed to support the breast, chest, and lymph.
This practice helps reduce tension, restore flow, and nurture resilience.
October 19th 3p - 5p
Spirit and Creativity
Sometimes it’s not the body that needs care, but the spirit. This fall, OM also offers two art-centered gatherings:
Watercolor with Holly Horn – Create bookmarks with award-winning local artist and OM community member, Holly Horn. Sunday, October 12th 3:30p - 6:30p
Art for the Spirit – Gentle creative experiences that invite exploration, reflection, and joy. Paint the reiki symbols (or really whatever you want) in our Yoga Clubhouse! Hosted by Mandie Schoemehl Sunday, September 21st 3:30p - 5:30p
Community First
Last fall, participants shared how genuine and heartfelt the connections were, new lifelong friends were made. This season, we’re carrying that tradition forward, inviting you to step into a community where support and belonging are at the heart of every event.
