Shaping Balance
What happened when
we slowed down and got honest?
I cracked something open.
I want to invite you into a conversation.
This isn’t just a recap of what I thought would be a 40 some-odd-day “challenge”—it’s a real-time reflection on what happens when you tell the truth to yourself for long enough that something shifts.
And things shifted.
Over the course of the Balance Challenge, we explored self-trust and our values and maybe even came across the patterns that keep us stuck, and practiced habits that bring us home to ourselves.
If you journaled honestly? You uncovered something true.
If you practiced one thing you wrote down? Your life probably already feels a little different.
For me? It started healing my vagus nerve. And everything has been unfolding since.
In this live session, I’ll share more of my personal story—what balance looked like for me in January, what cracked, what healed, and what I’m inviting next.
We’ll also explore how this challenge is evolving into something even deeper. Could imposter syndrome be an important clue? Could clashing with culture be an invitation to your purpose?
Let’s compare notes :)
