You always have the peace you need.

Ever feel like you are stuck being anxious or stressed out or worried?

Maybe you pray or go to church or go to yoga, crossing your fingers, that the right song or the right pose held for the right amount of time or the right message or the right something will happen and shift things for you. Maybe you find a teacher or a pastor or a mentor and their support is really impactful but then they move away and you are like - well, now what… back to Pinterest to make a vision board for the life you hope to break through and start living.

But here’s the thing - whether we are talking about Christianity or Yoga Sutra, the peace that you are craving? It’s within you. It’s a golden light that pervades all things. It’s beyond understanding. It guards your heart and mind. It’s not of this world.

So why do we keep thinking the world is going to make it happen?

What is peace?
