Holy Week Practices 2025
Dear OM Community,
It is with the most sincere hope to nourish your spiritual life, that we bring you our Holy Week offerings.
These offerings are not religious—they are reflective, grounding, and deeply human. They are an invitation to explore depth this season, beyond hot pink peeps, breakfast casseroles and egg hunts.
This is your life—meant to be lived fully, well, and with peace in impermanence.
Yogic Communion – Maundy Thursday (2 Credits)
Thursday, April 17 | Arrive 5:00–5:30 PM - Care for your feet with a warm Ayurvedic foot wrap, rest in a fully propped 45-minute sound journey, and awaken to a reflective teaching on the annamaya (body / bread) and pranamaya (blood / wine / grape juice) koshas.
We’ll close with quiet time to stay and pray or simply rest. A celebration of friendship, connection, and communion.
Good Friday Chanting - Good Friday (1 Credit)
Friday, April 18 | 3:00 PM - Chant a full mala (108 repetitions) of the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, a Vedic chant for healing, renewal, and transcendence.
Honor the cycles of life and invite deep inner peace.
Easter Saturday Restorative Yoga & Reflection (2 Credits)
Saturday, April 19 | 2:30 PM Come in your softest, lightest clothing and prepare to be fully supported—body and breath. Rest deeply and awaken to the Lakota chant "Mikola Tokiya", meaning: "Where are you, friend? Your relatives are looking for you. I come crying. This is a difficult time."
We’ll close with hope and light. Please note, this event will honor loss and that feeling of no longer being able to see the person you love. Allow an open heart and know you will be cared for in this tender space.
Easter Sunday Sunrise Chant (FREE)
Sunday, April 20 | 6:15 AM
Gather as the sun rises for a free community yoga practice, celebrating light over darkness, and the promise of a new day.
WHAT IF WE FILLED UP THE PARKING LOT SOMEDAY?!?
Easter Evening Chanting (2 Credits)
Sunday, April 20 | 6:30–8:30 PM
End your Easter day in deep rest and renewal with an extended gong bath and chanting practice that brings us together in a final reflection in sound, stillness, and light.
