2026 St. Croix Yoga Vacation
Wednesday, May 27th - Monday, June 1st 2026
Come for the island, leave with the magic.
“Island time” isn’t a cliché. It’s a truth your body remembers the moment you arrive.
There’s no rush. As one of our guests said last year, “You don’t realize how much you need to slow down until you have no choice.”
And yoga communities? They’re the real thing.
They see you.
They encourage you.
They strengthen you.
So bringing two communities together on the island feels… sacred.
The generosity of spirit from the people of St. Croix, mixed with the heart of the OM community, creates something nourishing, relieving, and unforgettable.
Are you ready for a surprisingly long exhale?
What is a yoga vacation?
A yoga vacation is travel with built-in community and access to crazy good yoga & fitness offerings but without a retreat schedule.
You stay somewhere cozy where you’ll naturally run into people you know (or know are connected to the group) but there’s no agenda you have to follow and no pressure to participate in what anybody else has going on.
You choose your own pace:
Take classes
Get a massage
Sleep in or lounge by the pool
Snorkel, fish, adventure
It’s the best parts of traveling solo (freedom, quiet, adventure) but with the best parts of traveling with a group (familiar faces, shared meals and swapping stories… preferably over a slice of key lime pie.)
A yoga vacation is simple: space for you to take, memories ready for you to make and community beside you to validate what feels like a YES for you.
OH! And you can bring somebody along with you to enjoy the island who may not be into yoga at all! Your room is your room for up to 2 people.

Q&As
Q: How do I get to St. Croix?
A: You fly into Henry E. Rohlsen Airport (STX) which is the main international airport on St. Croix. I like the American Airlines flight that connects through Miami.
STX is also a $50 flight from San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) if you have the itch to explore, you can always look at coming / going through San Juan. Southwest Airlines flies in and out of SJU.
Q: Do I need a passport to travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands?
A: You do not need a passport to travel to St. Croix. Please keep yourself updated with other types of flight requirements, like Real ID.
Q: How do I get to the Sugar Apple from the airport?
A: You will want to make a reservation for a cab or ride. St. Croix does not have Uber or Lyft. Expect to pay $30 - $45 per person. You can also rent a car - just keep in mind they drive on the opposite side of the road. I will communicate my travel plans as they are finalized and include as many people as I can in my reservations. Airport transfer upon arrival is included for folks who buy the Yoga Vacation package, which is an optional add on in addition to your room.
Q: Who is in the picture with Erin?
A: That is my friend, Mariesa Barbara - founder and owner of Island Movement. Her community looks forward to welcoming you to St. Croix!
How it all began
It started, as good things often do, with a walk on the beach.
Charleston, fall 2024. As the retreat group wandered ahead, I found myself deep in conversation with Mariesa Barbara, vinyasa yoga teacher, island entrepreneur, and owner of Island Movement, a wellness oasis in Christiansted, St. Croix.
By the time the sun set, she’d invited me to bring The Stillness Practices to her space. I said yes. And I brought OM with me. What unfolded was less of a “retreat” and more of a choose-your-own-adventure yoga vacation—with built-in community, zero pressure, and mangoes literally falling from trees. The friendship and connections from our inaugural trip have only grown stronger.
There are a lot of reasons this trip may be a YES for you. In all of them? Is that feeling of READY.
