Fall Restorative Retreat Weekend

Saturday, October 16th - Monday, October 19th 2026

I started using awareness of my thoughts in my twenties to curb anxiety, using my study of the fruits of the spirit (universal energies that demonstrate our spirituality: love, joy, peace, faithfulness, gentleness, patience, kindness, goodness and self control.)

For 25 years, I have used my study of these themes to restore my spirit and my understanding of the present moment.

I have inquired and studied: what we are really restoring in restorative yoga??

This fall will mark my 10th year teaching restorative yoga and yoga nidra.

I invite you to join me for a special Restorative Yoga Retreat weekend you truly will not want to miss.

I will be your host and your guide. I will be your teacher and your friend.

This is going to be an incredibly special weekend.

Please plan on staying through Monday morning as I believe that shift to routine will be essential to the practice and giving you a day of something new.
