OM's 2nd Birthday and Launch of Spring SeasonWe will celebrate 2 years of OM on Sunday, March 1st! This will also be Day 40 of the 2026 Balance Challenge, a journey of establishing “Inner Peace in Outer Chaos” through education on the nervous system and how to tend to your Vagus Nerve.
Spring Credit Sale
March 1st will start our Spring Credit Sale, where you can add bundles of 5, 10 and 20 credits to your Studio Credit Subscription Account for our 2026 Seasonal Sale. Please note, there have been some increases to our operational costs resulting in a slight increase.
Yoga Membership
Any new member who joins in March will be honored through our traditional Birthday Paper Chain!! Each link contains a mystery prize - will you win Studio Credits? A gift from one of our Artists? A private party?! Already a Member? Switch to an Annual Credit Subscription or simply pay to play! Any member gifts will go towards the costs for our Healing Artist in Residency program. (Applications will open in June 2026 for announcement in July!)

Celebrate the Spring EquinoxThe final weekend to stock up on Studio Credit during our Spring Seasonal Sale is the weekend of the Spring Equinox: Friday, March 20th - Sunday, March 22nd. A weekend during which we have fantastic programming for you to enjoy!
Ancestor Prayer
Kick the Spring Equinox weekend off with a very special Friday night Prayer with Our Ancestors with Jules. While the veil is thin, we will gather Friday night, March 20th at 7p to connect with our lineage and our gifts within!
Spring Equinox Yoga and Chanting
Sunday, March 22nd, we will chant 108 Rounds of OM in between the morning yoga sessions. Glenna Bedoya, Ayurvedic Coach and Somatic Expert, will guide a 75 minute yoga practice, followed by an Ayurvedic Brunch (Register in advance for your recipe options!!) and our very fun Spring Swap!

Reiki Showers are special time in the studio for deep rest and healing. Get comfortable and settle in while 2 or more Reiki Providers “shower” the room with Reiki.
And - if we can pull it off like we did last year - “April Showers bring May Flowers” - all participants for a Reiki Shower will receive a botanical gift in May!

Our prenatal program is starting to show!
We are committed to expanding our offering to new and expecting parents!
Prenatal Training and Orientation is May 16th 12p - 4p. This 4 hour orientation will feature training from none other than Stacey Broussard. This will be required for anybody looking to teach or host prenatal offerings at OM. $67 to secure your spot, total price will vary depending on total sign ups. If 10 people, you will receive the training at $67. Max you will be is $137 total ($67 deposit and the $70 difference owed on the day of training.)
