Weekend Retreats at SLU Lay Center

We’re so glad you’re joining us for a weekend of rest, renewal, and community. Below is everything you need to know to make the most of your retreat experience.

Location & Travel

Address:
Saint Louis University Lay Center for Education and the Arts
17533 State Highway UU
Louisiana, MO 63353

Plan for approximately a 1 hour and 15-minute drive from Webster Groves. Traffic may vary, so leave room for grace—and know that once you arrive, it’s time to shift gears. No stress needed.

Arrival & Check-In

  • Arrival Window: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM

  • Check-In Spot: Look for the gravel lot near the one-story building (not the dome). Head into the cafeteria to check in at our hospitality table and receive your room assignment. You’ll know you’re in the right spot, bc there will be a playground on your right. Drive down until the gravel lot dead ends at the trailhead.

  • Arrival After 6:30 PM? Leave your belongings in your car and bring your yoga gear to the practice room to settle in before our 7:00 PM opening session.

  • Need a Hand? Wagons will be available to help you transport your belongings.

Departure & Check-Out

  • Sunday Brunch & Closing: Between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

  • Check-Out Process: Pack up, strip your sheets, place them with your towels on the bed, and lock your key inside the room before departure.
