Address:
Saint Louis University Lay Center for Education and the Arts

Louisiana, MO 63353

Plan for approximately a 1 hour and 15-minute drive from Webster Groves.

Traffic may vary, so leave a little room if you are driving out on a Friday afternoon.

Remember once you arrive? It’s time to shift gears. Don’t stress.

Arrival & Check-In

    • Head into the cafeteria to check in at our hospitality table and receive your room assignment.

  • Arrival After 6:30 PM? Leave your belongings in your car and bring your yoga gear to the practice room to settle in for our opening session. Please let Erin know asap if you will be arriving after 6 PM.

  • Need a Hand? A wagon will be available to help you transport your belongings.
