1. How does a studio that runs on credits work?

At OM Old Orchard, we operate on a flexible credit system. Credits cost $25 each, or you can choose to join one of our memberships to enjoy a lower rate. When you choose a membership, your credits are shareable, roll over for 12 months if unused, and provide discounts when purchased in bulk.

2. What are the membership options and their perks?

We offer three membership tiers:

  • Regular Mind Body Practice ($15/month, charged on the 1st of the month):

    • Includes 1 credit per month.

    • Surprise credits throughout the year.

    • Discounts on additional credits and drop-ins.

    • Shareable with up to 3 people.

    • Perks: Seasonal event discounts and member-exclusive benefits.

  • Intentional Mind Body Practice ($65/month):

    • Includes 5 credits per month on your renewal date.

    • Surprise credits throughout the year.

    • Discounts on additional credits and drop-ins.

    • Shareable with up to 3 people.

    • Perks: Seasonal event discounts and more flexible access.

  • Committed Mind Body Practice ($127/month):

    • Includes 12 credits per month on your renewal date.

    • The best deal on yoga.

    • All benefits of other tiers, plus added value for frequent participants.

    • Includes Challenge Passes during special events.

Each tier offers rollover credits, share ability, and discounts on special events, retreats, and seasonal programming.

3. What happens if I need to cancel a booking?

We allow cancellations up to class time. Once the class starts, you must contact the studio via om@omoldorchard.com to request an adjustment. Adjustments cannot be made after 5 days, and the credit will be forfeited. If you cancel a day retreat pass or mini retreat pass, the pass will be returned to your profile for use within a year. We are not able to provide refunds for passes.

4. Can I pause my membership?

We kindly request that Regular Mind Body Practice memberships ($15/month) not be paused. For Intentional and Committed memberships, credits roll over, making it easier to maintain your membership without interruption. We recommend allowing your subscription to continue due to the benefits of credit rollover, shareability, and flexibility. There is no “use it or lose it” here. In the case you still feel like pausing is best for you, we can move your membership to a Regular Mind Body Practice and transfer your balance. You’ll have the same benefits without losing your credits while also enjoying a slower accrual.

5. How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, email om@omoldorchard.com at least two weeks before your next billing cycle. We are a very small (think: one person) team. In the case you do need to cancel your membership, any unused credits must be used before your subscription ends, as there is no way around it. I try to help you out with this by allowing you to book classes up to 30 days in advance.

6. Can I share my membership with others?

Yes! Memberships can be shared with up to 3 people, making it easy to enjoy wellness experiences with friends and family. You must add the person to your profile as a “Related Contact” and take an additional step to go to your subscription and add them as a “sharing member”.

7. Can I use my credits for multi-credit events, like day retreats?

Absolutely. Credits can be applied to workshops, retreats, and other premium offerings. If you need more credits to attend a multi-credit event, members can go to "Member Extra Credits for Subscribers" and purchase the quantity needed. In the case you

You can purchase additional credits at any time:

  • 5 credits for $50.

  • Discounts on single credits are also available to members.
