From “We’ll See” to Feeling Ready

Move beyond your Pinterest board…. :)

There’s a moment many expectant parents recognize well.

You’ve done the scrolling.
The Pinterest boards are full.
The vision for the nursery is coming together.

And still, when it comes to postpartum, the plan is often something like:
“We’ll see.”
“I’m sure it will be fine.”

But postpartum is not something to wing.

True preparation isn’t about having the perfect setup. It’s about caring for the body that will do the work of birth and recovery, and creating the support that allows healing to happen.

Winter Nesting: Prenatal Yoga & Postpartum Planning invites you to shift from vague reassurance to embodied readiness. We begin with gentle prenatal yoga to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body followed by thoughtful conversation around physical recovery, emotional well-being, and practical support after birth.

This workshop isn’t about adding more to your to do list.
It’s about learning how to rest on purpose.
How to prepare your body so it can receive care.
How to enter postpartum feeling resourced rather than reactive.

Because “I’ll be fine” feels very different from knowing you’re supported and resourced with care.
